Multi-Rotor Copters

Stability

No other aerial platform rivals the stability you get with a multi-rotor copter today.  Precision flight control computers calculate the desired position and attitude of the aircraft and adjust each motor independently hundreds of times per second.  This makes these ideal for carrying extremely high-resolution cameras and for HD video shots.

Precision

Those same flight control computers also use GPS to locate themselves.  The copter can be commanded to hold a specific position or move along a path of waypoints and carry out pre-programmed tasks.  This allows more attention to be devoted to getting the shot instead of flying the machine.

Flexible

The same airframe can be used for a variety of tasks with the swapping of just a few pieces.  Get long flight times and real-time video feed with an HD  action camera on a small gimbal.  Take incredibly detailed high-resolution still photos using a mirrorless DSLR camera on a larger gimbal.  Fit a variety of imagers to provide IR and Near-IR photos for use in false color index images like NDVI.
